Young athletes have a developmental window that doesn't come back. The loading parameters, movement progressions, and recovery considerations for a 17-year-old athlete are not the same as a 30-year-old with eight years of consistent training. Applying adult programming to developing bodies is one of the most common mistakes in strength coaching.

Anthony is Storiestrong's lead coach for Strength Crèche and his background makes him the right person for it. As an elite powerlifter still in his early twenties, he has direct, recent experience navigating the exact developmental window the platform is built for.

He's currently completing his Exercise Physiology degree, which means the science behind the programming isn't abstract; it connects directly to what he's learning and what he's lived. His coaching is precise, evidence-informed, and built around the understanding that the goal of early-career training is longevity as much as performance.
