The Process
15–30 minutes. We listen before we talk. You'll walk away with a clear picture of what training with us looks like and a plan built around your situation before any commitment is made.
Based on your training history, injury history, goals, and available training days. Minimum effective dose the least stimulus required to produce an adaptation, applied consistently.
Your coach runs you through session one. Technique established, loads calibrated, feedback loop open from rep one. No settling-in period you're training properly from day one.
Every week your program is reviewed against what actually happened. Progressed when earned. Adjusted when needed. Never coasting on a plan that stopped working three months ago.
