Ant combines attentive coaching with serious lifting experience. Studying Exercise Physiology at QUT, with a 705kg total at under 93kg he helps clients build strength with confidence and precision. The numbers back the method.

He approaches coaching with the same curiosity he brings to his own lifting, which makes him sharper than most coaches who've stopped asking questions. His eye for technique is precise and his investment in his clients is genuine.

Alex Damcevski
