Your coach designs a program around your equipment, schedule, and goal. Minimum effective dose not more volume than you need, exactly the stimulus required to produce adaptation.
Send session feedback and video. Your coach reviews everything and adjustments are based on what you actually did, not what the spreadsheet assumed.
